They're just great noise cancelling headphones. The XM5s all fail at the hinges, so the XM4s became the go to for lasting consumer headphones. The Bowers & Wilkins PX7 S2 is another great option with superior build quality and sound separation.

I have the ult wears. I have had it for a long time now, and beat them up around the house, work, gym, etc. They are holding strong.

Thanks for the info. Really hard to tell if a high percentage report broken hinges or if people only leave a review if it breaks lol. Feelin much better now!
