I was confused too as I've only heard that term used with wireless accessories and so I checked the description. They are marketing the keyboard's USB-C connection and bundled USB-A adapter as multi-device ("This portable keyboard plugs right into any of your devices. Equipped with a USB-C® cord and USB-A adapter, it's always ready to get to work.").

"Multi-device"? Where?

A multi-device has a switch to swap between devices, I see no mention of that.

I saw the thumbnail picture and thought this was a little light up keychain... I'm slightly disappointed

For 3 dollars more the hp 475 keyboard is better option and pairs with devices wireless and Bluetooth.

Seems like any USB device can now be called "Multi-Device" if it's a part of the product name. Definitely misleading name. Multi-device to me means it's wireless and can synced with multiple devices.

I thought the same! My gamer son just started driving and I thought this would be a sweet keychain.

My Samsung S25 can use most USB A devices with an adapter. Just like plugging into a PC it seems to have most common drivers preloaded.

Plugged into my USB C dock I can use my normal keyboard, mouse, outputs to the connected monitor via a very Chromebook like interface with apps, desktop-ish layouts, and the phone itself acts like a touchpad. Super painless....at least on my phone. YMMV.
