Theres nothing on the AppleTV link that indicates its the Director's Cut or includes the Director's Cut. The Run Time listed is 2hrs 25mins, inline with the regular theatrical version. Has anyone bought the AppleTV version and confirmed?

The first watch was the theatrical and while I liked it always felt there was a lot missing. The development of characters and story is much better in the director's cut. IMO. Cool

Haven't bought, but agree with your observations - Amazon and VUDU are directors cuts (3hrs 14mins) - AppleTV is only offering 2hr 25min version at this price. No Directors/Roadshow cut on AppleTV.

The roadshow version is the same as the director's cut, but also includes the overture and intermission. I have the director's cut Blu-ray and it has neither of these, just a straight shot, long movie (awesome).
