Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank AlexA3775

Just a heads up, I was really surprised about the fact that the plugs on the bottom don't seal against water very well, so if you use it on a counter or bed water will slowly drip and make a mess! I thought there was something wrong with the tub so I emailed CS... nope, apparently this is only designed to be used in a shower/bathtub. Which isn't mentioned on the packaging anywhere as far as I can tell! Wasn't able to return it either by that point since we bought ahead of time.

Here's the customer support email:
Hey there, just a heads-up that our tub isn't designed to be completely water-tight. For best results and to prevent any potential leaks, we recommend using it inside your shower or bathtub.
Thanks!

Perhaps its a safety to ensure the baby/kid does not drown?

Not sure how bad the leaking is but if it's bad enough that you can't use this on a bathroom counter it would be a dealbreaker for me, we had a similar tub without the plugs on the bottom and definitely preferred using it on the counter until our little one started moving around more during baths.

Have this and have been using it for a year. No leaks for me, I use it on the vanity. Pretty good and I do believe Frida baby has a life time warranty. So incase the plug at the bottom doesn't work probably can get a replacement. That being said I may have not noticed a dampness on the vanity.
