I bought one of these in-combo for a Christmas Gift build, just before Thanksgiving (same price) and I already have the 'bigger brother' full ATX X870 variant in my personal build. Good board(s).

Somethings to note:
This B850 board does indeed have 3x M.2s.
CPU-connected Gen5x4, by the X16 slot.
CPU-connected Gen4x4, below the Chipset heatsink
Chipset-connected Gen4x2, on the back of the board, near the bottom

The top X16 is Gen5x16 but, the other slots on the board are Gen3x1.
They will accept GPUs (75W slot draw) with the bottom-located PCIe 8-pin AUXPOWER connected, however.
(the 'AI Ready' branding means the board supports multiple GPUs, just not at full bandwidth)

What's the logo on boot look like? I need to build two small workstations for a client and I really want a build, including BIOS boot logo that doesn't look look gaming at all.

Why is the MSI boot up into the bios so insanely slow and not even working. I bought the B550 and it is worse than my Pentium 4.

Pretty sure there should be an option to change bios boot logo or turn it completely off. Most modern UEFIs have this feature.

That might be a memory context problem. Are you running EXPO? If so, try turning it off to see if it's the problem.

Damn! Thank you. I didn't know this. I just switched it off on my own asus rig mobo.
