When i click paypal as payment in walmart checkout page, paypal page only shows my credit cards as payment, it was not showing Pay in 4 in order to get 20% rewards even I previously saved this offer.

One technical consideration for this card: It only supports 8x PCIE 5.0 bandwidth. That's fine if you have a modern motherboard, but if you have an older PCIE 3.0 system (like me), then is it going to be limited by that connection. It's not the end of the world, but it's not ideal.

edit I looked into this issue a bit more, and it seems to be more of a problem with the 8GB cards, where data is loaded into and out of memory a lot. The impact seems minimal on 16GB cards.

There was a version for $380 not too long ago but I missed it. I saw this one for $370 and bought it right away. No issues with Walmart processing the order either. This card at this price is a better value than AMD's 9060XT 16GB but only at that price or lower. If it was $400 or $450 then AMD's is the better value.

May be a state-by-state thing, but I've used Paypal Pay-In-4 several times over the past week for the 20% cashback reward they're offering, wife has as well, so they definitely offer Paypal as an option in Colorado at least.
