I wouldnt put 100% certainty on a gift card purchase earning cashback.

Chase Freedom 5% is Paypal for December if you don't want to risk the 20% offer (might exclude GCs and doesn't work with Chase cards for Pay in 4, etc.).

Why bother with Lowe's gift card? Very painful if you have to return something. They regularly have 10% off for Lowe's card.

Always good to buy especially if you plan on using them with all the deals happening, extra way to save some money especially if you're military with added discount in-store on normal purchases when you just load these to your wallet on the app.

I did see confirmation from PayPal that I received the 20% back from Newegg purchase

Can't you buy gift cards at Lowes? It would be a way to get 10% off the store they sell gift cards to. Does anyone see any reason you could not do this?

My sister want to buy a washer machine on Lowes with total $648. So I bought 6 gift cards on Newegg, but Lowes allows max 5 gift cards only (SUCK).
