It's a synthetic polyester jacket so it probably 'works' so long as you wear layers underneath. I would not expect down jacket level of performance.

Al's won't ship to Cali or NY and a few other states. I should pop this in the OP next time. I am unsure why they exclude such large markets. Giving Micro Center vibes with their shipping policies.

That's MSRP is incorrect. These are usually about $20-30 always lol. They're sold at Walmart and such. These are the "true warm puffers" https://a.co/d/5H2axpy
