According to https://www.intel.com/content/www...tions.html - It's an Intel H770 chipset motherboard.

and https://files.bbystatic.com/wfHjy...2BS03-0010
states it comes with:
8 GB DDR5-4800 MT/s RAM memory(3) (1 x 8 GB) - (expandable to 64 GB unbuffered with 32 GB DIMMs)(3a)

So Max of 64GB (2x32GB DDR5-4800 - but possibly 5600MHz Max, unclear)

You are correct. One of the two video outputs is an HDMI 1.4a, which can only do 4k 30hz.

Yes it does:

Ethernet LAN: 1000BASE-T
  • Technology: RTL8111KH-CG
  • Data transfer speeds: up to 10/100/1000 Mb/s
  • Transmission standards: 1000BASE-T Ethernet

It's still a great deal for a basic desktop, but if you're thinking about upgrading with the intent of using it as a gaming desktop the cost of adding RAM and upgrading the PSU (to a non-standard one, meaning any other updates would be meaningless) in addition to finding a low profile GPU makes the value proposition a lot less intriguing.

I'd recommend this deal if you're looking for a gaming PC:

Does it have wireless as well?

great deal for a basic desktop. Would recommend the 16gb ram and i5.. unless it's going to be super basic use. At least with the 16gb ram and i5, the system will run for years no issues.

that's pretty decent for $600 .. 1080p no issues, 1440p ok but lower rez.
get a decent 1080p 100+hz monitor and this would be great!
