This only works for one order of Duck Duck Goose or Dandy Lamb 25oz varieties as far as I can tell.
On the product page for any variety except those two, select Subscribe and Save as the buying option, and there should be a 15% off with your S&S order coupon. Activate that coupon, but do not check out.
Now select Duck Duck Goose or Dandy Lamb and also go to its S&S option. There should be a coupon to lower the price to ~$40.
Now go to S&S checkout and both the price-lowering coupon and the 15% off coupon will both be present even though they weren't both shown on the product page.
I buy one of these for my dog every several months as a topper and haven't seen prices below $40 for any varieties for quite some time.
