Ceramic pans suck. If you buy, you will be sorry.

I am wondering why is this a deal. Based on the reviews people complain the coating comes off and I don't find any warranty info. At 60 bucks it is pricey so I am wondering if I am missing something?

I agree...I am yet to come across a ceramic pan that stays intact i.e. the coating doesn't come off. If I really want one, would pick up from TJ Maxx or home goods for under $15

What coatings or types of pans should I be looking for instead (electric stove)?

Try taking a magic eraser to it. Serious.
From my experience it's not about the coating coming off but food build up which regular cleaning can't fix.

Magic eraser is a melanine (plastic) sponge. Do you find it cleans up ok and then doesn't burn residue next time you use it?
