Made this lumber rack years ago and it has been great. Didn't cost much more than this at the time. https://www.woodworking-news.com/...mber-rack/

In bora's defense it's shockingly easy and shockingly strong. How much can a screw head and a slight lever hold? Very significant amount turns out. The shelves are kinda close together but somehow holds like a truckload of wood flat. Gonna scoop another one for outdoor dimensional lumber, but imma build this one to have something fun to do. Woke up sick today so pj pants carpentry it is.

Good option for some, but remember your time is worth money too. I'll gladly pay a little more for convenience and time savings.

Does it come with mounting hardware for wood? The reviews seem to contradict themselves in this regard.

Have had one for several years. Have some scrap wood and an old bumper off a Chevy truck on it. No complaints.

Actually what you made is a lot better because it has 4 supports vs. 2 and will keep the boards straighter over time. Plus the pride of doing it yourself.

I'd be concerned with warpage over time.

Cheaper than I paid 5 years ago, these are great. I have 3, looks like 4 now.
