I don't think so. You get a 5060 ti but a smaller SSD on this walmart deal https://slickdeals.net/f/18874276-ibuypower-element-se-gaming-pc-desktop-amd-ryzen-7-8700f-nvidia-geforce-rtx-5060ti-8gb-32gb-ddr5-rgb-ram-1tb-nvme-ssd-esa7n56t01-999

This one is liquid cooled and is made by a brand name, so perhaps that might justify the higher price?

After reviewing both, I bought the $850 cyberpower at costco. Both are equally great deals. Rog is a nicer build quality and slightly faster processor. The Intel has a few things going for it though (idle efficiency, npu).

Can you please say why? Is there something better out there? (serious question!)

Because the rest of the machine is pretty good but 5060 is pretty bottom of the barrel and was way overpriced for what it offered. Although with tariffs here in the US that may just be the new normal.

Yes. There were 4070 Super/ Ti machines at this price. The deal I got and was waiting to beat is the Cyberpower one from earlier this month. It has the same CPU and similar specs but with a 7800XT which has double the VRAM (you probably only need 12 for 1440p) and is 30% faster for $160 less. Or if you just want the 5060, there have been plenty of "deals" with it around the $800 mark.
