I like these dash cam mirrors, but because of the vibration and their weight, overtime they will deattach from the windshield and fall off

RU4PCP5F seems to still work *though I'm not sure if it will work twice). If you're using the Amazon app you might be missing the step of tapping on the arrow that appears in the promo code box to apply the code.

I have tried to ordered 2 then reduced it down to 1, but I do have multiple Amazon accounts.

That may be why. Coupons generally will only apply for quantity of one per account. Sometimes seller allows more. That may be the case here. If it worked with one you will have to use another account to get a second probably. A business account usually works. You might even just be able to place a second order but those odds are slim if it will allow the coupon again.
