Yes, I know there are cheaper MVNO options, but for those who just want to use Metro for whatever reasons.

Do you need to be a new subscriber on the "web exclusive" and the $120.00 plan".

The Mint deal for $180 for a whole year is definitely better. You get the exact same service.

This is useful however to those who recently got a free phone by paying for one month's service such as the motorola razr 2024 where the phone takes a year to unlock if they want to use it for service.

But no hotspot if that matters to you.

Correct me if I m wrong, Mint deal is good for one year but Metro deal is guaranteed for 5 years.

Pro for Mint
1.Cheaper than Metro even after adding taxes and fees
2. Mobile hotspot

Cons: Have to buy one year upfront, price guaranteed for one year only.
No Tmob Tuesday

The $20 rate in OP is for 6 months, goes to $40 after that, guarantee applies to the regular rate of course.

As for Mint, yes, that's a one year promo only but $15 for $12 months versus 20 for 6 and $40 for 6 is about a $150+ difference for the year. I doubt Tmobile Tuesdays are worth $150, maybe $50 if you use the value of the freebies you redeem for.

Was offered over the phone last re-up.. not paying another 45.00 line for a wi-fi tablet... Can't I just link my phone?. Purchased my own device, (byod). ??
