Just for awareness, while chatting with NOCO support about warranty coverage for their Genius line of chargers, they confirmed their warranty is only included when sold as New and is not included with "Used-Like New". I suspect that would also apply to this BoostJump Starter line. I'm a big fan of saving with Like New items as most items are used/tested within Amazon's 30 day return window. Since these may not be needed/used within that timeframe, wanted to pass along what I learned in case it was helpful to someone else.

I would love to pull the trigger on this but I can't. My cars battery is in the back and my car should be jump started from designated leads that are too far spread apart from each other for this jumper to accommodate. Frown

Comes with a 1-year warranty. Hopefully don't need to use the warranty before then.

I have this one, loved it. But it no longer jumps despite showing full charged. I replaced with a $25 gooloo off gooloo's eBay store and it's great so far. I suspect it will meet the same fate in a few years, but impressed so far.

I see that listed and wonder if they keep displaying the text from a New one even when a used version is selected from the options.

This matches what NOCO technical support told me for the charger. Again, just passing it along. if someone is counting on having warranty support for Used-Like New, it may be worth their time to double check with NOCO support as well to confirm.

Many cars with a battery in the rear have jump terminals under the hood. Regardless, you only need to get the + on the + terminal, and the - can be attached to practically any unpainted surface.
