I got this and it's exactly what I needed to have a well anchored driver mat. The shipping weight was 250 lbs and this thing isn't going anywhere on my garage concrete. Amazing cost and you effectively get a replacement mat if your main mat ever goes bad. I'm going use one mat in my full swing setup and one and my short game setup.

I cannot overstate how good these fiberbuilt mats are... my first mistake building my outdoor sim was buying a cheap mat, it lasted a couple months before it started shredding, my elbows and wrists were getting beat up. I upgraded to fiberbuilt practice station and it's been outdoors for a year and still works like new, i'm a fairly aggressive golfer, 115+ club head speed, over 170mph ball speed. I think this mat linked here for just a little more than the practice station is an incredible value.

Got my shipping confirmation and it indeed says the package weight is 250 pounds. Insane. Feel bad for the delivery driver lol.
