How does this compare to the Klipsch SPL-15? I have two of those but been through 3 amps so far.

Might just bite the bullet and upgrade, or do these still have amp issues? What kind of performance upgrade am I looking at?

Amp failure is still an issue. I have worked with some customers that had difficulty with klipsch as far as repairs and replacements

How so? I have a single 12 now from another brand. I'm leaning towards 2 10s of this klipsch RP like or maybe one of this 16 inch? I never heard a 16 inch sub before.

Ive been waiting for that 14 for $700 but it's been like 5 months. Adorama doesn't show the 14" back in stock until jan 2026 so I dont think it's coming soon.

Don't think that rp1400 is coming back for a while. It's been showing as out of stock on Adorama for a while now. And when it does, I have a feeling the new sale will be $799. I gave up waiting and went with the Speedwoofer 12s for $699.
