I made some turkey soup, Americana style, with carrots, celery, and onions. I added a teaspoon or two of this for the people who liked it hot, and it was a hit! 🔥

Ramen addition of choice for me. Soft boiled egg (6 min 30 sec into already boiling water/or better half the height of the eggs in water so that steam cooks them instead of boiling water) #2 addition. Some blanched bok-choy and fumaike. Sliced roast pork (cha siu) or thinly sliced frozen ribeye. Lunch in 10 mins.
i forgot this stuff existed until I saw it on here a couple weeks ago. ordered a jar, went thru half of it in about two days. promptly ordered three more. it's so incredibly tasty on pizza, eggs, burgers, etc.
I hate to be that guy, but I quit supporting this company years ago. I want to believe in Karma and Hoy Fong is horrible, Look up what they did to the pepper farmers.
"In 2016, Huy Fong abruptly terminated the relationship shortly after the harvest, citing a payment dispute (claiming Underwood (pepper farmers) overcharged $1.4 million). However, court evidence revealed Huy Fong had secretly planned the split for years: it formed a shell company (Chilico) to source cheaper peppers elsewhere, attempted to poach Underwood's chief operations officer, and used drone footage of Underwood's harvest techniques to train new suppliers—all while assuring Underwood of continued business to secure the 2016 crop. This left Underwood with millions in unsold peppers, massive debts from land expansions encouraged by Huy Fong, and layoffs of 45 workers."
Once I learned the crap they pulled they lost a customer for life.

Karma already came back for them in some part. They were absolutely destroyed in the market for awhile as they couldn't source peppers and disappeared from shelves. They also ruined their recipe and lost a lot of customers. I believe I also heard that Underwood won the lawsuit and now they also make their own (delicious) sriracha sauce.
