I've not found a Qi charger that only charges Apple and not Samsung, so guessing yes. You can also get a MagSafe case for the Samsung that let's it do the MagSafe thing as well (I use that for mine).

Qi is an industry standard that works on all phones with wireless charging capabilities. Maximum wireless charging speeds may vary based on phone and Qi 1 vs. Qi 2 standards but all capable phones should work.
Samsung was actually earlier to wireless charging than Apple by several years. Apple simply refined wireless charging by making it line up better with magsafe. You can buy 'magsafe' Samsung phone cases now so you can snap on magsafe compatible accessories.

I bought this and found it charges iPhone faster with cable than anything else I have even faster than a PD wall adapter. The other day it was charging at 11-12w while wall outlet was going 8w. Sticks well magnetically but have to remove it from otterbox. I will undress it, attach this, then let it charge in my pocket without cords dangling while I'm on the go. Surprisingly useful feature. Didn't realize it won't charge a watch - different specs.

I recently just bought this thru bestbuy rewards. I'm using it with my Samsung S23 ultra. Might be good for smaller phones as this charger runs extremely hot and also makes my phone extremely hot and charges very slow. Might be under power for big phones.
