Toilette = Less than 15% oil while Perfum is typically 30%+.
Why I say that. So this use to be the higher concentration one. I know because I went grab one of my older bottles that still has some in it.
I would 100% avoid if this was one of your favorite brands/smells. Definitely a different mixture now so avoid. Price is not even that good honestly. I usually pick them up on sale from $55-65 for the good stuff.
Update: Went look and in 2019 they started making this cheaper crap.
Back in the day if I wanted to smell like woodsy chocolate with a hint of morning fresh ground coffee, I would wear Hanae Mori HIM.
Good luck to all!

Parfum > Eau de Parfum > Eau de Toilette > Eau de Cologne > Eau Fraiche
Also, for anyone wanting LDNL, many fragrances have had alterations over time due to regulations and other factors. That doesn't always mean they end up being bad; it just means it might not be as good as they once were. There hasn't been a dupe I've come across yet that competes even with the reformulated version of LDNL. Some have mentioned Montagne [montagneparfums.com] creating a 1:1 dupe of the old DNA, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.
