If you don't need 11 channels you could consider the RZ30 for $750.
Unless you're trying to fill a large open room at ear piercing levels, the difference isn't that significant.
Especially at the much higher price for this ime.

I have heard a lot of good things about this receiver.

Dirac Live itself costs $349 on its own (currently on sale though)
Class AB amp also sounds pretty enticing.

Dirac Live is included with this but Dirac's subwoofer/bass room correction(Bass Control) isn't.

As you pointed it is on sale(until tomorrow) for $240, saving you $60.

Whether it's worth getting it is a big question mark ime.

Owning it & setting it up on a few others setups.
Imo you have to have the optimal setup to make it worthwhile.

The majority of the people wouldn't need more than Bass Control.
