I don't blame you, they're not for everyone. I'm a really big guy and Superfeet help stabilize my gait and cut down on my foot, knee and back pain. If I was light enough to be able to wear $40 shoes, I wouldn't bother with insoles either.

Greens are high arches. I hate hate hate spending this much for essentially foam pads, but (grumble) they really do help and are much better and stiffer than like a fifteen dollar insert

Like many here, thought $50+ was extreme for insoles, but I literally couldn't snowboard more than 30 mins without my arches cramping up on me, and was desperate.

I tried a bunch of the "premium" support insoles, and they helped a little, until I got the Superfeet Blues. It was like night and day. I can board all day with these and not feel any pain.

Obviously, feet are different and YMMV, but for me, these are well worth the price and have held up for 4 years.

Yea, I love these insoles. I wear the Blue for my nearly flat feet. I bought a pair of the Orange to try, also.

I need something like this but always feel like my feet are getting smashed when I add these to shoes I already own. Any tricks or advice on how to get around that? Or "hack" as the kids say these days

The Blue ones are pretty thin. They usually take up less space than the original insoles in my shoes.

Help a guy out. I did the paper test and looks like I have high arches, so green or orange?
I bought a new pair of keens this spring and a pair of their yellow inserts & life was great for a couple months being in the woods all day then the day wrecking pain started again. Funny thing is I can wear my redwing loggers with cheap work & sport insoles just fine. Any advice?

Green or orange makes sense if your work shoes aren't too tight/shallow. Blue is okay as well. Really the firm arch support is the most important part of these insoles. Even the low profile ones are a significant upgrade compared to stock and many otc inserts. I recommend this brand regularly
