Where are you seeing the GC is dead? My TV has a confirmed scheduled delivery for tomorrow, and I received an email from LG reminding me to do the review and receive a $500 virtual gift card.

I was not unfortunately, had planned to purchase it today, preferred the soundbar over the monitor tbh. Looking at some other options now because I do not want to pay so much more for this TV.

I can understand that for sure. Mine plan was to sell the soundbar to recoup a few hundred but after looking at a particular site, I see it is flooded with them and doesn't look as if they are selling very well. I may end of just using the soundbar in my bedroom to replace the one there. Maybe this deal will get better as BF closes in. If not, the next big time for TV sales is the week before the Super Bowl. I wish you luck in snagging a good deal.

I received the TV today. I noticed the link for submitting the review seems to have disappeared today. I will wait until I install the TV this weekend and then have a chat conversation with LG. I screenshot the original page to submit the reviews with the terms.

I am in the same boat as you, I just got mine delivered too, but the page disappeared today. Has LG said smth for you, did they just refund 300$ back to u?

I just sent them a note. Plus, my soundbar arrived in a box that had clearly been opened. I haven't taken it out of the box yet. I do have to say the TV delivery went great with two guys delivering it.

I purchased did the review and now the website and link to submit is gone! Spent 2 hours in the phone with them and zero help. Don't purchase if the 500 is the main benefit to purchase now

Same happened to me. You may be SOL as I am. Spend 2 hours on the phone with customer service to no avail and was told sorry 500 times but no action
