Some lifters may prefer a rotational handle for activities like curls, cleans, squats, deadlifts.. helps keep the wrist neutral.

I bought the previous one you linked and may consider switching.

I was in your position too. I ended up getting CAP over FitRx. FitRx does do some 2.5 lbs. increments, but from my personal experience, I just do 5 lbs. jumps just fine and this will go up to 55 lbs. max, while FitRx does 52.5 lbs. max. CAP should be more durable over FitRx (according to quick Google AI search), which I'd rather have to have it lasting longer.

I'm looking for durability comparison between this CAP and FitRX because these are for my teenage kids. It sounds like the CAP may be more durable in the long run but I'm unsure, I just have solid weights
