Do you guys recommend getting the 2 year allstate protection plan for $61? Never in my life buy any warranty. I just hope it doesnt die on me. I still have my old sony 3d tv. Been using for like 14 years.

Idk what size you are getting but if you're going to spend around 1k on something it'd be pretty crazy to not spend that little bit extra on years of extra protection, but that's just my opinion.

I've been reading that the Samsung tvs have a stutter issue when displaying SD content. That true?

I tried to confirm with the seller which model they were offering for the 65" version because in the item specifics, it lists QN65S90FAFXZA, but in the item description, it lists QN65S90FAEXZA. The FXZA is the QD-OLED model and the EXZA is the WOLED model. They were unresponsive so I decided not to risk it. I've already seen several other deals around $1000 for this TV so no big loss.
This is just a heads up in case they decide to discount the price again (which they already did once since the original listing).

Thanks. This is major. I definitely want the QD version so I'll wait for a deal on that. Hopefully one pops up soon.

My Sony XBR has been used daily for over a decade and it still runs strong.

I'm sure these extra warranties make is SUPER difficult to actually get replacements, etc.
