I bought this last time and these are pretty gross. I'd only buy if you know you like it. I like the taste of most energy drinks but this isn't it. 😂

Basically the same as any caffienated drink taken at high doses over time. Energy drinks are fine in moderation, but if you're taking more than 1 per day you're hitting caffiene sickness, anxiety, dehydration, and then just questionable ingredients. Don't get me wrong I drink Monster Zero pretty damn often.

Seems mostly like scientists hate them, sugar is bad for you, but also they raise blood pressure regardless of experimental biases
