How are these diapers? Have they also changed in recent months?

I'd stocked up on the Kirkland diapers after I heard about the change. I've used the Huggies only once a few years ago when I was in a pinch and my local Costco was out of the Kirkland

Costco Huggies have been my child's primary diaper. My child is size 3 now and we are about to stock up on 4's.

We tried Kirkland and seemed like Huggies kept more inside for a little longer... best brief example I can provide is during our trial period when there was a carseat blowout, there was a major mess (child is a kicker) but with Huggies on a similar sort of trip it was a bit more contained.

Just personal experience and know it is different for everyone. I would use Kirkland if circumstances allowed.

Thanks for the feedback. I tested Kirkland and Huggies about 4 years ago with my first kid. Kirkland was the clear winner in my books. Used Huggies just once after that. I loaded up on the Kirkland diapers when I read about all the complaints about the redesigned Kirkland diapers and I'm running out soon. I think I'll switch to Huggies now even though they cost a little more

I was reading that Huggies changed their diapers as well and the ones with the newer blue lining (which last I checked the Costco ones are) were reported to be thinner and more prone to give the little ones a rash. I would love to be proved wrong here as we got a BJs membership pretty much just to buy Pampers in bulk (which we have had no issues with).

Huggies > pampers. I don't know how ppl afford this at the retail rates. A 50 pack at Walmart was 29$. Pampers look cheap in comparison. Costco/Sam's way to go alternating sales. On sale same price as inferior off brands even Kirkland.

How often does Costco run sales on their huggies in everyone's experience? Deciding whether I need to stock up now, even though I won't need more until Spring time
