I bought a different color (also on sale from Amazon) a few days ago. Material is pretty thin. I have a Hanes Beefy-T from a few years ago and these are not those. Those old Beefy-T were noticeably thicker (still, after many washings) and better quality than these.

No, not half, but it is noticeably thinner. I suppose for around $3 it's not too bad. Just don't expect the same quality as their Beefy-Ts of a few yrs ago.
