F means no intergrated gpu (igpu). K means unlock cores.

Great deal on that system. I run a 14700 since last year. No issues, I do keep my motherboard bios up to date as well but I already ran a few months before the problem was known or addressed.

I have been burned by an i5 14600k before, had to toss out a motherboard and 2 ram modules with the cpu. Never again.
