GPD=Grams Per Dollar. Easiest to factor cost of *all* food.

Amazon pricing will be slightly higher for you if you don't have 10% Sub n Save. In the last month I'm getting it from all new stuff though and it's stalling shipping on all sub and save for one later date. With normal 5% its $47.02 or 35.GPD. It's also showing me 10% not 15%.

There has been a change in the system at the start of this month for me. Please *DO NOT* discuss in the comments if this isn't occurring for everyone. If it is an intended change; then now we know s&s items are being grouped together in one shipment. Someone please at least say "isn't happening for me" one time in comments if it is me only. That way I can learn what's happening to my account better.

You have to buy $99 at muscle and strength for free ship. MyProtein @ amazon free as usual.

Nutrex Whey 10lbs @ $79.99 = 38.4GPD. Choco *ONLY* https://www.muscleandstrength.com...-whey.html

Jinx Whey 5lb@ $44.99 = 37GPD.
Vanilla and choco.
https://www.muscleandstrength.com...-whey.html

Rule 1 Source 7 protein *MIX*. 5lb @$32.99= 38GPD Birthday cake, choco peanut butter, cookies & cream + (salted caramel *ONLY* exp 1/26) https://www.muscleandstrength.com...otein.html

Amazon
Myprotein 5lb @ $44.54=37GPD. Or! $47.02=35GPD. choco & vanilla. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MGN8GUA

Ive always used GPD ; grams per dollar, because it converts to real food and is much eaiser than decimals on CPG; cost per gram.

Please don't neg the thread due to me not understanding this new Amazon issue. These
are the lowest prices I can find right now. Also if this post doesn't display properly; SD has been doing weird things with formatting. If anyone has an answer to paragraphs not being seperated properly drop it in the comments.

Thank you for posting but 6 pounds for whey blend not that slick. It's solid but isolate is the way and isolate100 and myprotein at Costco pop up a lot. The best deals are on ebay get about 5 dollars for iso100 regularly.

I love how myprotein on Amazon has the most confusing marketing gimmick. They post no nutrition labels unless you search review pictures and it seems it's 100 cals for 18g protein?

GPD doesn't actually make sense for comparing protein powders because some products are whey concentrate, some are vegetarian/vegan which are inferior to whey, there's also casein and this is all to say nothing about how many fillers and what type of sweeteners they use if any... for example if product A has 25g of protein per 45g of product, that's pretty shitty and will completely wash out the numbers when you try to compare it to product B providing 24g protein for 32g of product. A much better metric for protein powder comparison is grams of protein per dollar, though again, that doesn't look at the actual source (vegan, whey, casein, egg white, etc) and quality and digestibility of the protein...

This , the best way is % of protein per scoop anything above 75% is good. Example iso100 vanilla and fruity is 25/30. Then next is price 7 a pound is s deal, 5-6 is an autobuy

Sub $40 for 5lbs of whey protein is a deal

Myprotien is absolutely outrageous asking $115 retail for it. Then the gimmick games of coupons and time based deals that dont even get it under $50
