Can anyone chime in on if HP OMEN is a quality buy. Also anyone have any experince on buying an open box desktop from Best Buy? Anyone know the differences between Excellent, Good and Fair conditions?

I've bought a couple of Omen desktops and really like them due to the value when bought on sale. One big downside is the pain of upgrading the RAM. You generally have to scrap the memory that came with it instead of just adding modules. It's a weird proprietary motherboard/RAM thing.
