I got these when they were on sale a few weeks ago. Taste good, but drinking them makes my face get super itchy. Supposedly a common, harmless (but uncomfortable) side effect from the Beta-Alanine.

Wonder why the thumbs-down? This is a known side-effect of Beta-Alanine. My cheeks tingle and go a little numb. I kinda like it but it's not everyone's cup of tea.
