It is a very good price for the specs. I was thinking about getting one for my kid but changed my mind after seeing it at bestbuy. It was the most boring looking laptop on display. I am amazed dell didn't bother to make the design at least a little modern. Other than that it seemed like a pretty decent laptop.

It's not new. I'd not buy a used Dell without building in a repairs budget (i.e., a trip to your favorite local repair shop). My last one was cheap, but it came with a screw that had been damaged and only my repairman was able to remove it.

I already have a glossy screen XPS. After seeing matte screens i won't touch another glossy screen again.

Looks like it's is done for. I would have bought this for a student in High School or college because of the specs but yes, the screen is not the best. It has stopped me from buying this model on the Dell Outlet the last month. I wish it had the 16 inch mini led backlit screen with 600 nits.
