The only way the sellers can get around the price-fixing is to add something like a Gift Card as bonus on top of the Apple price. But they can't advertise it for a Lower price.
Also I'm pretty sure all the Black Friday ads have been "leaked" by now. If it was going to be cheaper, someone here would've posted it already.
( Stores 'can' sell them cheaper In-Store, like if they're put on Clearance, Last One, Open Box etc)
