These used to be my favorite razors, I've had 3 Arcs. The foil on the newer models has changed, it feels and sounds like its going to tear my face off. It's unsettling. The older models were so much better.

I couldn't agree with you more. I hate the new one. Sometimes I feel like tossing it in the trash and buying a Braun or something. (which is sad, since I've been using Panasonic shavers since as early as 1996)

Replacement head and blades costs $50 and you will want to change at least once a year if not very 6 months.

That seems to be an older style ARC5 design

...and those orders were barely achievable in time for most users, since it was a pricing error
