This is just my opinion, but I have one of these water fall faucets and I don't like it. The water comes out at a very high rate and splashes everywhere. I have turned down the pressure at the hoses to counteract this a bit, but that means the water flow is low when full hot or cold and it's high when mixing hot and cold.

These also tend to accumulate a lot of mineral build up since the surface remains wet and evaporates. I love the idea and they look cool, but its like the flat sinks that use surface tension to flow water underneath them to the drain, they are a pain to maintain.
