I bought this exact package refurbished on ebay about 3 months ago. I have zero complaints. The video quality is great. I have the system running all day and it is regularly picking up people in the front and back yard. We get great sunlight here and all cameras have remained at 95% battery or higher at the end of each day. The cameras have a floodlight feature which I have cranked to the max brightness. It does drain the battery but again, with the sunlight we get, recharging via solar has not been an issue.
At this price, I would happily buy again. If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to answer.

I bought a refurb with 3 cameras and homebase last week for $240 on eBay. Looks like they sent a new unit with factory shrink wrapped from Amazon. Two are under soffit with no solar recharge for a week. One is still at 100% and one is at 98%. I do have spot lights turned off since I've motion lights in my yard. There is a few seconds delays before it starts recording but I don't have motion detection set at max because of too many moving tree branches.

No continuous recording since it's solar. I've also bought 13w solar panel to recharge the camera under the soffit and it works great. I love it so far.
