Thanks OP. Not a big fan of the big Targus patch they put on the bottom right corner, but always like getting one of these $10 backpacks each Black Friday

If it's stitched, then use a razor blade to cut the thread and rip it off.

Bought this bag in Aug 2024 and used it everyday since. The zip for the back pouch finally broke a week back. Not easy to repair. Ended up getting an osprey daylite

Can you not use one of those Zipper replacments ? Tehre cheap and I have used them before forgot the actual name

I purchased this backpack about 1.5 years ago. probably same price or maybe even $15. This is actually a sturdy backpack. For reference I actually travel with it overseas and I lug this thing around with like 18-20 lbs of stuff on there. At first i thought the straps would rip but it holds very well. One time I actually dropped some water on the side and it didn't actually go through the bag to the electronics. i would definitely say its worth every cent i paid for it

For refence you are not technically suppose to load more than a certain amount for '' personal item'' but if it doesnt look bulky or seem like its hard to carry they dont even check it and i have flowing across usa and overseas with it lugging more than 15 lbs in it

I spent an hour trying to get them to make it work. I added different things to my cart and it still wouldn't go. I don't know why they send me these anyway, I never created an account (only did guest checkout). I found the link (via the Internet) to get them to cancel the account, had to go through several steps and emails. Such a garbage outfit.
