My steps to replicate
1. Register for new account. Add 512GB to cart in Shop Samsung App. $1720
2. plug in referral code. - $86
3. Add another one to cart.
4. Remove the older one.
5. Rinse and repeat step3 and step4.
6. - $50 App in-cart promo shows up.
7. Rinse and repeat step3 and step4.
8. Item price goes down to $1399.99.

Total is $1399.99 - $50 - $70 = $1279.99.
Can be stacked with Paypal pay-in-4 20% cashback.

Still, the price is too high when economy is struggling.
I will wait for $1000 with trade-in (mine is flip6).
I'm not in a hurry. Good luck moving your inventory Samsung.

I couldn't get the Paypal 20% option with pay in 4 to show up after I log into Paypal during checkout, do I need to choose Paypal Credit for the payment option?

Nah. Stop. You must use Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly. If they don't show up, that means you don't qualify.
Paypal Credit is line of credit that will be reported to credit bureaus.

Yes it is too high. IMO no one should buy a fold phone without extened warranty, which is hundreds more.

Yep. Had to pay $150 for Samsung VIP Advantage (w/ 2yr care+), and it adds up to a total of $1430.

YMMV: How to Stack urlhasbeenblocked 13 percent + PayPal Pay in 4 20 percent + CC Rewards + Samsung App Price to Avoid the 1500 dollar Limit (Samsung Fold 7)

Here is the exact step by step method I used when buying the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7.
All these rewards normally stack, but PayPal Pay in 4 will not approve anything over 1500 dollars. This timing trick gets around that.
Step 1: Start with urlhasbeenblocked
  1. If you don't already have one, make a urlhasbeenblocked account.
  2. Activate the 13 percent cashback offer for Samsung.
  3. Click through urlhasbeenblocked to the Samsung website.
Step 2: Add the Fold 7 to your cart on Samsung desktop
  1. On a computer, log into your Samsung account.
  2. Add the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 to your cart.
  3. The total will likely show around 1511 dollars, which is above the PayPal Pay in 4 limit.
Step 3: Sync your cart with the Samsung app to unlock the lower price
  1. On your Samsung phone, open the Samsung app (logged into the same Samsung account).
  2. Your cart will sync automatically.
  3. The app often applies a lower price, plus a 50 dollar app exclusive promo, bringing the total just under 1500.
This is the key part that makes Pay in 4 eligible.
Step 4: Pre authorize PayPal Pay in 4 at the lower amount
  1. From your phone, start checkout using PayPal Pay in 4.
  2. PayPal will pre authorize the transaction at the lowered "under 1500" amount.
  3. Do not complete checkout yet.
Step 5: Complete checkout on desktop
  1. Return to the Samsung desktop site.
  2. The price will jump back up to the original 1511 dollars.
  3. But the PayPal Pay in 4 authorization is already locked in, so Samsung will let you finish checkout.
  4. PayPal will then process the four payments based on the final (higher) total, but the cashback stack has already been triggered.
Stacked rewards earned

13 percent urlhasbeenblocked cashback
20 percent PayPal Pay in 4 cashback
2 percent credit card rewards
• Samsung app exclusive pricing
• PayPal Pay in 4 approval despite total over the 1500 limit
My total savings were around 530 dollars.

Samdung overstocked fold 7 in the midst of tariff recession in texas warehouse. Don't pay more than 400 with trade in. If no deal than just wait till Chrsitmas or next year. They will be on sale soon

this is not a slick deal at all. CB post from OreoKamiKazi makes it little easier to swallo but still too much imo.
Going to hold out a little longer but my Fold 6 screen is starting to show cracks. These phones are literally 1 year phones that have to be traded in before the screen gives up.
Come on Samsung we need to be able to stack trade-in with some discount

I've had the Fold 3, 4, and 6 with no issues. They're not nearly as fragile as some people claim, but they're still not as reliable as the Ultra models.

I had a fold 5, traded for the current s25 ultra I'm using. I do want to go back to a foldable (larger screen worked best for me with bad eyes and I consume a lot of media on my phone) but the price is still $1100+ with tax AFTER the $1000 trade credit they're offering for my s25 ultra.
I think I'm going to wait - better yet I'm thinking of just buying a refurbished Google Fold for under $500. A couple deals going on for that on Backmarket and eBay. I think for a larger screen and media consumption that might just quench my thirst for another foldable.

Wait for the Fold 8. My understanding is there will be much better inner screen support, especially around the creese (center) of the phone. Should help with durability. Also larger battery.

Does anyone know what goes in place of "urlhasbeenblocked" above?

I had Fold 4 and now 6. Both started developing cracks on inner screen right after 1 year. My sisters used flip and had same issues. However, its not possible to go back to slab phone once you use foldable one. Its like going back to single monitor when you tasted 2.
