Maybe I just don't appreciate tool chests, but I picked this up on clearance for $50 and thought that was just an ok deal. I use it for misc arts/craft/3dprinting, but wouldn't keep my actual garage tools in this as it's kinda small. I suppose it didn't help that 2 of the caster holders where broken out of the box and I had to request replacements from the manufacturer. To their credit, they didn't basic ground ship it so I wasn't waiting too long. (edit,, also, i do believe this is regular price)
