The main problem is going to be shifting. I had a similar 9 speed freewheel before, and it was a nightmare to make to shift OK. Only later on I found that the rear derailleur hanger was out of alignment from factory, you will need a derailleur hanger alignment tool like Park Tool DAG 2.2 to fix shifting, which is not cheap.
If you read reviews, that's what people complain about: crappy brakes and crappy shifting. Brakes are easy to fix, but freewheel shifting problems are not, unless you spend $150 on a proper real wheel with a cassette.
