Store by store. Each store can set their own clearance price. If your store shows "In Stock. Buy in store only" that's typically a pretty good indicator it's on clearance. But could be 15%-70% off.

I was hoping this wouldn't get posted so hopefully scalpers don't buy in bulk. But I was able to get

Totally YMMV. Silent Hill was $12 at one store, and not clearanced at all at the next. But right now, worth checking out since there's a bunch of stuff available across the board - just not consistently.

I feel like living in Los Angeles I have never once encountered these awesome clearance situations. My target had bluey and a copy of stellar blade on clearance.
