I believe people think they are buying 6 sets of 32.8' long strings, not one string with 6 LED lights.

1 bought the 12 pack a year ago for about $100 and have been pretty happy with them since. I believe it was just one long run with one power supply, so might be a solution if the 6 pack isn't long enough for your setup.

I just wanted to clarify, it's 6-pack each of 32.8' length ( total of 196.8') or 6 pack total length 32.8', why the heck nowhere does it clarify?

Yeah very confusing. I've determined they count each light as a "pack". The "12-pack" has 12 lights. The 6 pack has 2 strands of three lights, the 12 pack has 4 strands. Poor description of their product/quantity. Probably one contributor to why it's frequently returned

The 12 pack has 12 lights, about 6.5 feet between lights, so you're getting up to 78 feet in coverage. They are one strand with one power supply. I have them wrapped all the way around my deck railing for over a year now and am very happy with them. The app gives tons of options. Hope that helps some people make a purchase decision or not.

Thanks for expanding. I just meant a "strand" as a section of 3 lights that connects to another section of 3 lights, because that's using their terminology. I should've known better than to do that haha

Govee website states the below. Can some explain the expansion? How does it know I connected expansion sets or just bought multiple packs of 6 and connected 5 additional packs of 3 lights to the 6 pack. From Govee.com Note: Expansion kit can be used with H7067 only and extended to 6 packs at most. Expansion cord can be used with H7067/8/9, with a maximum of 2 cords spliced in different places.

Description says 6.5' between each light so it is closer to 32 as opposed to 196.

I have several items that have been great. The outdoor permanent lights are not, first set replaced under warranty, second set went out again. It's the power plug that keeps going bad, was able to replace the power adapter and worked on the first set, still have to replace it on the second one, just pulled them and did something else with the space, so not in a hurry to fix it.
