Why is $35 delivery the only option for me? This has never been an issue before. but closest HD is hr away.

I'm looking for the opposite of this, from 1/2in down to 1/4. I have a Dewalt Atomic 1/2in driver. Any suggestions?? Thanks

"Free Shipping" is prior to adding it into your cart (mines atleast), after proceeding to checkout, it adds Delivery for $35. 😠 Ymmv.....
