Some may say regular price - i think Walmart call it 'everyday low price' - we have several of those scissors around the house and they are solid.

I bought the lighter and the scissors for my adult kids. I think these are good deals, you can not even buy a candy bar for 97 cents. I am putting them in their stockings for Christmas.

Yup bought a couple pairs last time and they are solid shears. Just doing leave the handle near heat. Almost melted one of them 😂
