FWIW, lots of people seem to get excited by things like navigation, while for some reason giving a pass to the core cleaning ability of the robot vacuum.
With the latest software update to the Dyson, I understand that the navigation is solid, and the cleaning ability is excellent. At $400 it seems like a good choice for someone who wants a vacuum that can clean hard floors and carpets well.
