Did anyone see CVS will be offering a (1) year deal on CVS Extracare membership for $24 starting on Nov 27th thru Dec 31st:

https://slickdeals.net/f/18861781-begins-nov-27-one-year-cvs-extracare-membership-50-off-24-year-includes-free-delivery-10-monthly-bonus-and-more?v=1&p=180477100&comment=success#post180477100

I'm already a extracare plus member so paying $5.00 per month. I'm hoping I can cancel my current sub and do this one instead. Not sure if that would require using a new email and possibly even a new cvs card #? I'm hoping someone in my situation tests it out and reports backSmilie

I got an email about it this morning. I might jump on it for this price. I've never had it before though, so it will be new for me.

I got the email on only one account, the one with no ECB & lousiest CRTs. Wondering if $24 is an invie-only or i could enroll a different account for that price?

That's a good question. Did your email happen to say you can only redeem this in store? I saw on another thread someone mentioned their email stated this had to be done in store which kind of stinks...

The email does say "in store" but I don't think it's limited just to those who got the email. That's what the shift supervisor at my closest store said.

Tysm for replies
I've since gotten the emails on my other account, and MILs (she gets the best CRTs).

So I'm going to presume this isn't targeted, but available to us all!

I'll be interested in everyone's experiences with this.I don't CVS much anymore but $10/ mo = $120 for $24 investment sounds about as good as my local store choices will get.
But I hate crowds, don't want to shop BF- Dec 25 so I'd join right before the deal expires.

Did anyone buy the extracare plus? Is it store only and is it really $10 a month or did they reduce that amount? Thanks

I'm seeing some comments on the deal starting with post #85 in this thread:

Thanks. I went today in store thinking it was just today for BF deal. Anyway store people were clueless and it was charging $48 for annual and the store manager tried to sell that oh you can call customer service. Told him cvs csr sucks and no way I am calling them. I came out of store without buying anything.

I bought it yesterday, in-store. I had received an email offer. It worked seamlessly in the store. I had a couple of other items I was buying (no deals - just paying OOP - we're away from home for the holiday and my son got sick) and the prompt came up on the payment screen asking if I wanted to add the extracare for $24. I pressed yes, and it was immediately added to the order. The $10 monthly benefit was immediately available to use on the transaction, which I found surprising - I thought for sure you would have to check out and pay for the extracare membership before the benefit would show up, but I was wrong! So, for me, given that I was buying the cold/flu items OOP for my son anyway, it was a great deal.

Was it at self checkout or with a cashier?

With a cashier. That store doesn't offer self check-out.

I already have a sub to extracare+ which I cancelled in hopes to get this deal. I assume I can sign up for regular CVS Extracare online using a new email and phone # thus generating a new Extracare which should then allow me to go in store with those new credentials and sign up for the Extracare+ deal. Does this sound correct? Or Maybe I need to sign up for the entire thing in store?

I wouldn't consider myself an expert on this... but that sounds right to me! The ad for the promotion on the CVS website seems to imply that this deal is available for everyone, so I can't see why a new account wouldn't qualify.
