I've been wearing the BLUE insoles your many years and I swear by them. They seem very expensive initially, but I find one pair lasts for several YEARS. Superfeet recommends you replace them each year.

I know, right? These NEVER go on sale! I grabbed two pairs of the Blue, and one pair of the Orange to try.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON these cost so much, they are just plastic and foam. I do find, however, that they absorb shock well, despite being so thin. I am a VERY BIG guy, 300lb+, and these help with my foot and back pain. The heel cup is made of a semi-flexible plastic that absorbs shock.

I just did some research and see that blue are for medium arch and tighter shoes, orange are for high arch and roomy shoes. If you have flat feet or with low arch, none of these two are suitable. The black or copper are the right ones for that.

I have a very low arch, almost flat - and I find the Blue insoles very comfortable. Keep in mind the Blue insoles are NOT CUSHY, they are very firm feeling. Despite this these help me with my Plantar Fasciitis. I think because of the heel cup I get less sliding around in my shoes.

I hate myself for buying but it's true, they rarely go on sale and they help me tremendously. The Greens are also going for the same price and those are my go-to for high arch. I think it's been 2-3 years at least since the vendor had a sale direct for around $25, which is a reasonable price. If I remember correctly, it was a BF deal. It kills me they've been so stingy. But also a good reminder to see if Superfeet hands us a better deal later this month.

Used two sets of greens in my 10+ years in the military, still going strong. Amazing product.

How thin is the front portion. I have boots that I need padding in the back because they are loose but I don't have a lot of extra room in the front.

On the Blue insoles the front portion is VERY thin. The Orange version is thicker.

So, buy generics on Alibaba. The reason is a brand people trust creates margin over COGS. True for Doritos as much as Superfeet. I've bought cheap I steers and are right to Dr junk or don't last, even Dr Schol's. These and Sole inserts are worth the money for me as they last longer than 5 years and prevent plantar fasciitis for me. When those stabbing pains show up I'd pay hundreds to make it go away to get active again and have paid hundreds to get cortisone shots in my feet before.

They generally do 20% around Black Friday/holidays iirc. I know I bought directly from SF last year at this price. I also believe Amazon dropped their prices to match as well.
