If you have/foster pets, specifically kittens, be very careful with the bottom freezer drawer. I've witnessed an unfortunate situation where this was fatal for one.

My Kenmore 26.2 ft.³ from 2009 is running great, but I find myself looking at fridge deals in anticipation! My water heater is 33 years old, like Christ.

My $2200 Whirlpool refrigerator failed a few months ago. Luckily it was under warranty as it was a compressor issue. The technician who first inspected it quoted me $1100 to fix it before I realized Whirlpool has a limited warranty for sealed systems. But yes, you're right, all appliances these days suck and will fail

Looks like nice fridge but no water dispenser and ice maker could be deal breaker especially for main fridge use
